英芮诚组氨酸标签蛋白纯化专用磁珠（Ni磁珠），采用>12个原子的特殊加长臂IDA螯合Ni2+，具有极强的超顺磁性和高悬浮性，是一款专为快速纯化组氨酸标签蛋白而设计的新型交联琼脂糖磁珠。无需对样品进行多次长时间的高速离心和滤膜过滤，也无需高昂的层析设备，操作简单、快速。配合高通量仪器能够轻松实现高通量和大规模样品的平行处理。该磁珠具有以下优异性能：
特点 采用英芮诚特有的“三活四交”特别制作工艺，>500m2/g的超高比表面积，载量高；交联稳定，可耐受120℃的高温沸煮；
超过12个原子的特殊加长臂，确保在Ni2+螯合His标签蛋白时自由伸展，空间位阻影响极小，适用于不同规格和种类的蛋白纯化；
特殊的Ni2+稳定工艺，8-10次以上重复使用时，纯化6×His标签蛋白的能力基本不变；
>65emu/g的磁饱和值 ，配合英芮诚磁力架，20秒内可以轻松实现2mL离心管中的磁性微球材料完全分离，磁响应速度快。
应用 一步法纯化，操作流程简单
可从粗样品中直接纯化出目标His标签蛋白，极大缩短纯化时间，并可获得高纯度目标蛋白，且载量高于市售其他品牌磁珠或者微球。
